GOLDEN TAHINI KALE CHIPS
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbs tahini
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2-1 tsp pf Aleppo pepper ( depending on how hot you like it )
- pinch of salt
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp of maple syrup
- 2 bunches of Lacinato kale ( washed, de-stemmed & cut into chip sized pieces )
METHOD:
- preheat oven to 200 degrees
- combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- add kale & massage, evenly distributing mixture on all surfaces of the kale
- place on a parchment lined baking sheet, do not overlap
- add to preheated oven 20 min flip & back in the oven for 20 more minutes or until crispy.
