GLUTEN FREE SUPER SEED CRACKERS

GLUTEN FREE SEEDED CRACKERS
GLUTEN FREE SUPER SEED CRACKERS
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds 
  • 1/3 cup pepitas
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 2 tbs everything bagel seasoning 
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1- 1 1/4 cup of hot water

 

METHOD:

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees. ( you can also use a dehydrator overnight if you have one! ) 
  • Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl, then add water and mix well
  • Let this mixture sit for 15-20 minutes until thickened
  • Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper
  • Spread half the mixture onto each lined tray, using a flat silicon spoon evenly spread the mixture to the edges of the parchment paper 
  • Bake for 2 1/2 - 3 hours, or until completely dried out and crisp
  • Remove crackers from oven, let cool
  • Break into bite size pieces, store in an air tight container
  • Enjoy with your favorite dips & spreads, or add to salads for a crunch!
