GLUTEN FREE SUPER SEED CRACKERS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 2 tbs everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1- 1 1/4 cup of hot water
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. ( you can also use a dehydrator overnight if you have one! )
- Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl, then add water and mix well
- Let this mixture sit for 15-20 minutes until thickened
- Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper
- Spread half the mixture onto each lined tray, using a flat silicon spoon evenly spread the mixture to the edges of the parchment paper
- Bake for 2 1/2 - 3 hours, or until completely dried out and crisp
- Remove crackers from oven, let cool
- Break into bite size pieces, store in an air tight container
- Enjoy with your favorite dips & spreads, or add to salads for a crunch!
