PAN CON TOMATÉ
INGREDIENTS:
- french baguette
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- good quality olive oil
- sea salt ( I like fine sea salt to season & flaky maldon to finish )
METHOD:
- grate your tomatoes on a box grater over bowl
- grate 1 garlic clove ( 2 if you really like a kick ) on a microplane into the same bowl
- season this mixture with quality olive oil & salt to taste
- slice and toast your baguette until golden brown
- spread pan con tomaté mixture over your baguette
- finish with a drizzle of olive oil and flaky sea salt
- enjoy!
