PAN CON TOMATÉ
PAN CON TOMATÉ
INGREDIENTS:
  • french baguette
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes 
  • good quality olive oil
  • sea salt ( I like fine sea salt to season  & flaky maldon to finish )

 

METHOD:

  • grate your tomatoes on a box grater over bowl
  • grate 1 garlic clove ( 2 if you really like a kick ) on a microplane into the same bowl
  • season this mixture with quality olive oil & salt to taste
  • slice and toast your baguette until golden brown
  • spread pan con tomaté mixture over your baguette
  • finish with a drizzle of olive oil and flaky sea salt
  • enjoy!
